Hey there all, now this i got to share with all of you. I am sure all of you have heard about the quick spread of SARS world wide, well it is a frightening thing isn't it? But in this troubled times, laughter will be the best cure for anything, so i believe. Just because i find it funny does not mean i do not understand the seriousness of the SARS matter!

I called my Mummy who works in a private hospital in Singapore as a nurse, and as you all know i am not well, we got onto discussing SARS and all. My mom asked me what do you think SARS means? And i being the smart pants that i am replied "Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome." My mom Exclaimed! She said " no Darling that is not what it means. SARS means Sleep And Rest Soundly"

That was hillarious, but come to think of it maybe a sound sleep and rest would keep the disease at bay, after all we get sick because of a weak immune system, and a weak immune system is brought about by hectic lifestyle where we dont get enough sleep or rest.

Wonder why the disease is so wide spread in Asia, and Europen countries have only encountered very few SARS cases? Well look at how we in Asia work, we slog night and day only to put food on the table, but what is all the wealth in the world without health? Give it a thought friends, maybe no medicine can cure SARS but a good rest and sound sleep might just be the answer. It probably is our bodies way of forcing us to rest.

Well time for another glass of water, till then sip some champagne and party on. :)
